Description
PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds (PUBG) is an online multiplayer battle royale game co-developed by LightSpeed & Quantum Studio and PUBG Studios in 2018. The game offers intense fights, mythic outfits, upgradeable gun skins, a Royale Pass, and other exciting rewards. It features various modes and maps that players can explore to complete achievements while competing for the Chicken Dinner. Download the latest PUBG Mobile APK for your Android phone to unlock new achievements, themed modes, and crates.
Maps & Modes
This game offers four different types of modes: Classic, Arena, WOW, and Metro Royale, where players team up to fight enemies and win matches. Here are the details of each mode:
Note: PUBG Mobile has a strong anti-cheat 3.0 system, so if you try to use ESP or no-recoil hacks, modified game files, use glitches, or unethical tricks to defeat enemies, your account can be banned temporarily or permanently (from 1 minute to 10 Years).
Classic Mode
In Classic mode, players can play solo, duo, or with their squad on a large map to climb the ranks and ultimately reach Conqueror. Currently, there are a total of eight maps in PUBG, each with a different size and a specific player capacity. For example, Nusa is the smallest map (1 km × 1 km), while Rondo, Miramar, and Vikendi are the largest (8 km × 8 km). Below are the details of each map along with its player capacity:
1) Erangel
Map Size: 8km × 8km
Player Capacity: 100 players
2) Miramar
Map Size: 8km × 8km
Player Capacity: 100 players
3) Vikendi
Map Size: 8km × 8km
Player Capacity: 100 players
4) Rondo
Map Size: 8km × 8km
Player Capacity: 100 players
5) Sanhok
Map Size: 4km × 4km
Player Capacity: 100 players
6) Karakin
Map Size: 2km × 2km
Player Capacity: 64 players
7) Livik
Map Size: 2km × 2km
Player Capacity: 52 players
8) Nusa
Map Size: 1km × 1km
Player Capacity: 32 players
Arena Mode
In Arena Mode, players can practice and improve their skills before jumping into ranked matches. There are several types of Arena modes that offer fast-paced, intense battles with a variety of weapons. This mode has its own leveling system ranging from 0 to 100. The higher your level, the tougher the competition, as you’ll face more skilled players. Here are the details of some popular Arena modes:
Team Deathmatch (TDM) – Warehouse
In TDM (Team Deathmatch), two squads compete against each other to win the battle. The first team to reach 40 points wins the match. The map features containers, wooden structures, and walls, with a central warehouse in the middle. Both sides of the map are symmetrical, but the warehouse is the key location to control. After specific intervals, an AWM sniper spawns there with five bullets, which gives a significant advantage to the team that secures it.
Arena Training
In this mode, you can choose any gun from your base, which makes it perfect for practicing with different weapons. You’ll respawn instantly after each death, allowing continuous gameplay. You can try out different attachments, scopes, and magazines to master your skills and make a perfect sensitivity.
Gun Game
In Gun Game mode, your weapon changes with each kill. There are a total of 18 points, and once you reach them, the match ends. The final kill is the toughest, as you have to eliminate your enemy using the Pan. This mode is the favorite of thousands of players because it allows you to try out every gun, even the pistol. So, players play it to complete Arena missions and master every gun.
Domination Mode
In Domination Mode, the objective is to capture and control one of three zones—A, B, or C—on the map. At the start of each round, one zone is randomly selected, and both teams must battle to take control of it. If your team is inside the blue area, your progress will move forward while enemies will spawn again and again, which makes the fight intense.
After a specific interval, an Airdrop appears with level 3 loot and the most powerful guns. If you loot it, your chances of winning the battle will increase.
TDM: Ruins
Ruins is set in an open, multi-level area inspired by the jungle ruins of Sanhok. Compared to the Warehouse map, it offers more cover and complex terrain, making the battles more tactical. The rules are the same as standard Team Deathmatch—whichever team reaches 40 kills first wins the match.
WOW (World of Wonder)
Recently, PUBG Mobile introduced WOW mode, in which players can create and play a custom map using different objects and devices. This is very popular among players because it offers quick fights and custom locations, team size, and weapons that they want. On the other hand, creators will get prizes and USD (based on the player count). Apart from that, you can also play challenging games like Obstacle Courses (Parkour), Zombie Defense, and Racing.
If you are a creator, create a new map, and if people love it and play it again and again, you will get rewards such as UC, skins, and cash.
Metro Royale
Metro Royale is a completely different experience from the usual PUBG Mobile matches. Instead of just surviving, you go in with your own gear, fight off enemies (both real players and AI), collect loot, and try to make it out alive. If you extract successfully, you get to keep everything you found. But if you die, you lose it all. It’s a high-risk, high-reward mode that adds a lot more tension and strategy to the game.
Royal Pass
The Royale Pass offers special perks for premium users. To unlock it, you need to upgrade using Unknown Cash (UC) and complete missions to earn RP (Royale Points). With each RP level, you’ll receive rewards like gun skins, outfits, or vehicle skins. Once you reach 100 RP, you get all your UC back.
I’ve been playing PUBG since Season 16, but I bought my first Royale Pass in Season 18 to get my favorite outfit. Starting from Season 19, the system changed, and everyone who has a Royale Pass starts getting 2 mythics per season, that decline its value. Now they start giving upgradeable guns in the premium crates and Prize Path. Noobs got the guns, and when they missed an easy target, people started arguing that these also have no value. But some YouTubers and players still do crate opening every season.
Download the new PUBG Mobile APK and experience the new theme mode with special items and powers. However, if you do not have a mobile, you can also play it on your gaming PC with the Gameloop Emulator. But remember, your matches will be with emulator players to maintain fair competition.
If you’re from Vietnam, Taiwan, Korea, or India, you need to install the special regional versions of the game. That means PUBG VN, PUBG TW, PUBG KR, or BGMI, depending on your country.
