How to Download & Play PUBG Mobile Beta Version?

If you want to participate in beta testing, you can try early features on Android and iOS. Here is how to download and play it on your phone for free:

Android

Android players can download the APK file from the official website and play without any restrictions. Its slots are unlimited, so you can download anytime without filling out any application form. Here is how to install it:

1. Click on the above download button and download the latest PUBG Beta APK.
2. Locate the downloaded file (usually in the download folder) and click on install.
3. Allow “Installation from unknown sources” and complete the installation.
4. Click on the PUBG icon and open the game.
5. Allow storage and microphone permissions.
6. Now download the necessary resources, such as the graphics pack.
7. Log in/Sign up with your Gmail, Facebook, Twitter, or Phone Number to enter the lobby.

The beta allows basic graphic adjustments and control customization to match your device. It’s open to everyone, and your feedback helps improve the final release. Always remember that the final look and texture of the equipment, buildings, Themed items, and other items might be different than what you will see in the stable release because it is not finalized yet. And some of them might be excluded.

Note: If you want to play on your PC, you must have Tencent Gaming Buddy (Gameloop) or any other supported emulator installed on your Windows.

Bottom Line

When you play the beta update, you will see high ms like 150-250. It’s not your internet issue; it’s because the player counts are very low, so the matching will be with global players. We played the version many times and noticed that many of the players are bots, while 1 or 2% are real, and they are very rare.

Before downloading the APK, we recommend that you have at least 5 GB of free space on your phone. It’s because around 1.3 GB would be the size of the APK, around 1-2 GB for graphics and maps, while the remaining storage is for the next updates and cache of the game, so it can work smoothly.
